Vision

 ULEAD strives to change attitudes and create a sense of ownership and agency within the community they reside. ULEAD aims to increase awareness and understanding of the legal and civic aspects of their communities. We seek to enable youth with the proper decision-making skills to pursue the proper channels of government and law enforcement to bring about the desired results that reflect the values of their community. Overtime, ULEAD aspires to build a sense of political agency in students to enhance their abilities for active citizenship, maintenance of social justice ideals, and creation of social norms and political policies that stimulate positive interactions of men, women, and children through the St. Louis region.
